Once I’ve confirmed my trip, who should I contact for help?

Once you have confirmed your trip, your safety becomes our concern. If you don’t reach the arranged meeting place on time, as explained in the itinerary, or you are unable to reach it for any other reason, please immediately call our hotline (+385) 95 3702334. If possible, try to contact your designated group guide who has been accompanying you during the excursion.

In the case of extreme or unfortunate event, free emergency hotline in Croatia is 112, but hopefully you will not need to use it.

What should I wear and what should I bring?

Our speed boat tours depend on the weather conditions so it is necessary that you are dressed accordingly. For summer tours waterproof wind jacket is obligatory. Besides that, your swim suit, your camera and additional beverages is all you need.

Where is the meeting point for your tours?

Meeting point for all our tours is in front of a national flag that is positioned on a pier of Matejuška harbour, located on the western side of Riva promenade.

Important: You are advised to plan your journey in advance and make sure you arrive to the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.

Do you provide Pick Up and Drop Off for all your tours?

Meeting point for all our tours is within the walking distance from the majority of hotels, so arranged transportation is not necessary. In case your accommodation is not in the city, if requested, we will do everything to arrange the transport for you.

How much luggage can I take with me?

In general, there are no restrictions regarding the amount of luggage you can take with you on a tour with Valiant d.o.o. But, due to the fact that this is a small group tour, we would prefer if you brought only what is necessary from question 2 above so you and other passengers would feel more comfortable on the boat.

What languages are spoken on the tours?

Regular guidance is in English language, but all of our staff are polyglots. However, should you wish to be guided in your won language, you need to book this service separately.

Why should I book my tour online?

For your convenience, all our tours can be booked online. This way you can skip waiting in lines and looking for our sales points in the heat so that you would arrange your booking.

Are there any extra fees on top of the price written?

All tour fees and taxes are included in the prices shown on our webpage.

Can I change the dates of my tour?

We understand that your travel plans might change and we are willing to provide you with this service free of charge. You can easily change the dates of the tours you booked with a phone call to (+385) 95 3702334, by stopping by one of our sales points or by sending us an e-mail to info@valiant.hr. Please provide us with your names and the new dates.

If you have booked you tour through another travel agency, you have to make the changes through that agency as well.

Important: Your date change must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

What is your cancelation policy?

Any tour can be cancelled or postponed up to 24 hours prior to departure time. That way you can get the full refund, exchange it for some other tour or postpone your tour for some other day more suitable to your travel arrangements.

I got sick and cannot attend my tour. Can I get a refund?

All cancellations should be made at least one day before the departure. If the reason you are unable to attend your booked tour is an emergency, an unfortunate event, health condition or an injury, we will gladly refund the whole paid amount, provided that you are able to prove this by enclosing a legitimate medical documentation from the Croatian hospital you have been treated in.

What happens if I do not show up for my tour?

In general, we always try to keep in touch with our customers by exchanging full contact details: e-mail address, phone numbers, accommodation address and other contacts. If you are running late or are unable to show up, it would be appreciated if you informed us that you are unable to reach the meeting point on time, as soon as possible.

This way it just might still be possible for you to join the group and not miss your tour. Unfortunately, if you do not arrive to tour meeting point in reasonable time, you will lose your payment (the same as missing you flight, etc.)

Are changes in the itinerary possible?

Valiant d.o.o. reserves the right to change any part of the arranged program in case of circumstances that could not have been predicted, avoided or eliminated. In that case, the arranged program can be exchanged for the service in the same category, with the possible price correction.

Of course, skipper can change the itinerary in any moment according to the weather and other conditions because your safety is our biggest priority.
